Start now?

I hope to be getting pregnant within the next few months and am wondering if I should be starting prenatal vitamins already. Not that I have given this a lot of thought as I have always assumed that I would not need to start on them until I was actually pregnant, but now I am wondering. I thought I had remembered reading somewhere that women who were planning on getting pregnant within a certain time frame should be taking certain supplements, but I cannot recall if they were prenatal vitamins or something else. I guess I should do a bit more research into this as I want my body to be as prepared as possible to carry a baby.

Male time

I was surprised to discover that noxycut, a weight loss pill, is for men only. That said I guess there are a lot of men who would do anything they could slim down. My husband does not really have that issue as he is tall and slender to begin with and does not tend to put much weight on anywhere other than his stomach. It can be quite funny when he gets his little potbelly, but it does not seem to stick around for too long before he loses it again as he has such a strange metabolism. His weight fluctuates plus or minus 10 pounds every few months or so, the only person I’ve met whose weight does such a thing. He never goes above or below certain weights, but is always somewhere in between. Oh how I wish I had that problem!

Given up

I remember when I first started coming to the husband’s place discovering several hair growth shampoos in his closet. I did not say anything to him about it at the time as I felt it was probably a sensitive subject and one best left untouched by me. I did not think he needed them as he kept his hair very close shaven and I liked it that way, but I guess it was thinning and receding and he wanted to try and grow some back. It was not until I moved in that cleaned that closet out and asked him if he actually used any of those products anymore because they had all expired. He said he had accepted that he could not change what was going on with his hair and to just throw them out. I like his hair the way it is so I am happy he did not want to pursue further measures to try and get some of it back.

Forgotten furniture

About a year or more ago we had nothing but tv stands on our minds. Everywhere we went that might possibly sell furniture we looked for a tv stand and even bought a couple to bring home and see if they worked. We ended up returning any that were purchased and never did find the right one for our space. Eventually we just stopped looking as we had ourselves convinced what we wanted did not exist. The funny part of it all is that now we had a new TV we have yet to start the search for a stand. Perhaps that was the problem all along, the TV not what it was sitting on.
